To book a tour, a deposit of €100.00 is required.

Check the calendar to see if your chosen date is available and book by filling out the form with the required information.
Once we receive your request, we will try to confirm it as quickly as possible!
Remember to bring the document indicated on the booking form with you for possible checks by the competent authorities.

 

1-hour tours are also available without booking on the website, just contact the staff

 

 

What happens in case of bad weather, a rough lake, or other catastrophic events?

If you booked a fixed-date tour and the weather conditions are unsuitable for safe operation, you will be refunded the full amount paid.

The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept these suggestions or not.
Once a booking has been made, a refund is only available if cancellation occurs at least 5 days before the activity takes place.
